We help your team set up and run a Halal Management System, train your people, review it regularly and prepare you for certification body and international halal authority audits, for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and GCC, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and beyond.
Use one service or all of them. We work with your production, quality and purchasing teams, not around them.
We design and document your HMS: halal policy, halal committee, critical control points, raw-material approval, traceability, segregation, cleaning and non-conformance procedures, built into your existing food safety system.
Halal awareness for all staff, halal supervisor and halal committee training, and internal halal auditor training, delivered on-site or online.
Regular internal halal audits and system reviews, plus a full mock audit before any external visit, so nothing is a surprise on the day.
Preparation and on-the-day support when international halal authorities or their auditors visit, such as Saudi (SFDA), UAE, Indonesia (BPJPH), Malaysia (JAKIM) and Singapore (MUIS) inspections, including close-out of findings.
We prepare your application pack, help you choose a certification body recognised in your markets, and support you through the certification and surveillance audits.
Supplier and ingredient certificate checks, label review for each market, and shipment certificate paperwork for Saudi Arabia, the GCC and Indonesia.

Yes. Authorities such as Saudi Arabia’s SFDA, the UAE, Indonesia’s BPJPH, Malaysia’s JAKIM and Singapore’s MUIS may inspect sites certified by the bodies they recognise. We run a mock audit, prepare your document pack, support your team on the day and help close out any findings.

For Saudi Arabia, a certificate of consignment is required with every shipment of halal-regulated products. The UAE requires halal slaughter certificates for meat, and the updated Gulf standard proposes shipment certificates for high-risk animal products. See our shipment guide →
From 17 October 2026, most imported food, beverages, cosmetics and chemical products must be halal certified, or clearly labelled non-halal, and each halal-certified shipment needs its own halal check (LPPH).
Yes. We build halal controls into your existing food safety system, so you have one set of procedures, not two.
