ISO 14001 FAQs

What changed in ISO 14001:2026?

More focus on climate change, biodiversity and life-cycle thinking, clearer change management and internal audit programmes. 2015 certificates must transition by 30 April 2029.

How much does ISO 14001 cost?

We charge one fixed fee based on your number of staff, sites and how much you already have in place, with no hourly billing. The certification body’s audit fees are separate and paid to them directly. Ask for a quote and you’ll have a price within 24 hours.

Do you issue the certificate?

No. An independent accredited certification body audits you and issues the certificate, which keeps it credible with customers and tender panels. We prepare you and support you through the audit.

Can you combine it with other standards?

Yes. Many clients combine ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 into one integrated system: one set of procedures and one audit.
