By accessing this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that disrupts service
  • Copy or reproduce content without written consent

2. Services

Cert360 provides consultancy and coordination services relating to:

  • ISO certification
  • GMO / Non-GMO certification
  • Kosher certification


Certification outcomes are subject to compliance assessment and approval by relevant certification or accreditation bodies.

Cert360 does not guarantee certification approval where compliance requirements are not met.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete documentation
  • Disclose all relevant operational information
  • Maintain compliance with applicable standards
  • Pay invoices within agreed terms
  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or refusal of certification.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are provided in written quotations or service agreements.
  • Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the nominated Cert360 account.
  • Invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms.
  • Work may be suspended if payment is not received.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Victorian and Australian law, Cert360 is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business or profits
  • Certification refusal due to non-compliance by the client


Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and documentation prepared by Cert360 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
